Formed in 1948, Tavistock Relationships is internationally renowned as an organisation delivering and developing advanced practice, training and research in therapeutic and psycho-educational approaches to supporting couples.
We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who is professional and organised with an excellent telephone manner. The role will involve welcoming clients, managing the switchboard and supporting the clinical and training administration teams with general tasks. Additionally, managing meeting rooms, taking payments, internal and external queries, as well as diary management are among some of the main duties.
This post requires a willingness to work flexible hours to cover some day and evening shifts. Our offices are open between 0800 and 2200 on weekdays and 0830 and 1700 on most Saturdays.
