The Department for Education, and other organisations, have commissioned Tavistock Relationships to develop and deliver training workshops to organisations and staff working in children's and family settings to make work more successful for staff and service users alike.

The training provides children’s and family services with the transferable skills and tools for reducing the impact of couple conflict on children, particularly in today’s challenging climate of ever-decreasing resources.

Workshops are delivered to help managers and supervisors to think about what to do for most impact, how to support staff to work more effectively, how to evaluate their services and how to release time absorbed by very difficult families.
