About the City Wellbeing Centre

We hope you will join us for this exciting re-launch of this important Centre in the City of London. Hear more about the working of the Centre and the ways in which you can become involved in supporting its continued development.

The City Wellbeing Centre is a counselling and psychotherapy centre for workers and residents in the City of London and neighbouring boroughs (Tower Hamlets, Camden, Islington, Southward, Hackney, Westminster, and Lambeth).

The Centre aims to provide greater access to therapeutic mental health treatments and those attending will learn about the important work that has already been undertaken during the pandemic.

The Centre is run by Tavistock Relationships, which has over 70 years of experience in working with individuals and couples with mental health concerns and relationship difficulties. The re-launch provides a perfect opportunity to present the range of services that are currently on offer and the development of new services and initiatives over the coming year. In addition, as a non-profit making charity, Tavistock Relationships is committed to making its services accessible to all irrespective of income and the financial modelling that allows us to do this will be explained.

Continuing Professional Development

Our aim at Tavistock Relationships is to create a programme of high-quality, informative and clinically useful CPD. In choosing topics, we aim to ensure we offer fresh subjects to stimulate new thinking and debate as well as continuing to offer repeat workshops for which there is on-going popular demand.

"The training was excellent and the passion that came through from the presenters was very much there for me to see."
